Holly Swogger


Holly Swogger graduated from Centre College of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and History. She has had extensive experience developing sales, training and customer service programs for organizations like GE Long Term Care, Wharton School of Business and Sylvan Learning Systems. 

Holly is now co-owner with her husband, Don, of Holldon Company, Inc, a Managing Member of Holldon Properties, LLC, and an Affiliate Broker with Weichert Realtors - Benchmark. Holly served as President of the Memphis Investors Group for two years and as past president still serves on the Board of Directors. 

 Holly is the current President and Board Chair of  West Tennessee Veterans Home, Inc, a 501 (c) (3), advocating for the building of a skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center for Veterans in the West Tennessee region.

 

Holly first got her broker’s license in Fayetteville, NC in 1978, but was transferred with her husband and family to a new duty station in Monterrey, CA shortly afterward. Holly obtained her license in CA through self-study and was an active agent there for 6 months before another transfer took her and her family to Bangkok, Thailand for a year.

 Holly attained her TN license in February, 2010 while working with United Housing, Inc. on its NSP program. She previously worked with Parrish & Associates, Inc. She has been an active member of the real estate community more than 9 years first as an investor and then later as an agent. Holly is experienced in working with first time home buyers in particular, but has considerable experience with investors and homeowners.
