We are very excited to have Walter Wofford for this wonderful Saturday Seminar!

Walter is known in the real estate training world as a very knowledgeable and engaging speaker without taking out time to sell a boot camp or training product.

So, during this visit he will discuss in detail ways we can make our real estate investing efforts work -- for us, for our families and for our wider community.

Since 1981 Walter Wofford has been an active real estate investor in the Jackson, MS area exclusively utilizing self-directed retirement accounts for all funding, cash flow and net worth building creating profits both today and in the future . . . tax-free. He is also focused on Improving his home town with Affordable Housing for 1st-time Homebuyers in the his area.

Walter will teach us how to help tenants become homeowners utilizing the “2 Noter” model for creating short-term discounted Seller Financed Notes with Trusts and IRAs for cash flow and wealth generation. 

Walter is all about creating a huge passive income stream that will last for generations!
