I have been in underground utility construction since 1995. I went into business with my Dad in 2000 as partners in Tri-State Utility Contractors, Inc. We are still running business together in 2021.

In 2008 and 2009 is when I got into real estate and I began helping my dad wholesale houses while construction was slow. I found that I really enjoyed real estate.

I continued to help my dad until 2014 when my wife and I started in real estate on our own. We started Datak properties LLC. We focus mostly on lease options and creative finance.

I've been enjoying coordinating the MIG Focus Group MemFlips South, for real estate investors focused on North Mississippi for a number of years and I'm looking forward to serving on the Board At MiG. Thanks for trusting us to serve you.
