I’m a Memphis real estate investor and REALTOR® with a portfolio of 19 rental units, including single-family homes, duplexes, a fourplex, and several furnished rentals.

My primary focus is helping investors evaluate opportunities and build rental portfolios in the Memphis market. I believe in buying quality assets, holding for the long term, and making decisions based on real numbers rather than hype.

As an investor myself, I stay actively involved in property management, renovations, leasing, and day-to-day operations. That hands-on experience gives me a practical perspective when working with clients and evaluating deals.
